Abiola’s specialty service combines aspects of tabletop Thai massage, Shiatsu, Assisted Stretching, Active/Passive release technique, and neuromuscular therapy. This unique session is customized to the client. If needed, a postural and/or movement analysis can be done before you get on the table. The purpose of this service is to “open up” the body by stretching tight, restricted fascia and lengthening muscle tissue, as well as help assist the body’s structural balance. Abiola will also offer you self-care stretching techniques to do at home if deemed necessary after your massage.
Integrative reiki

Touch and energetic interaction begin as soon as we enter another persons aura or field of energy. Negative energy can be heavy and sticky in nature. Reiki healing helps to move negative energy out of the body and positive energy into the body.
Tess is a certified Reiki Master. She began her journey with Reiki in 2010. She received her master level certification in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to advance her self healing and meditative practice. Tess uses a variety of techniques to center, ground, and balance your mind, body, and spirit. This session can be done fully clothed or draped. The session is completely adaptive in nature for each individual client.
